Overview

These terms govern your use of warminkstudio.com (“Warmink Studio”, “we”, “us”) and any products you buy from it. Warmink Studio is operated by Monvix LTD, a private limited company registered in England & Wales (incorporated 9 September 2025), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Monvix LTD operates the storefront and creates the products sold on it.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through our store. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction and handles payment processing, billing, sales tax/VAT and order fulfilment (delivery of your download). When you buy a product, your payment is made to and processed by Lemon Squeezy under their terms, and the transaction will typically appear from Lemon Squeezy on your statement.

Digital products and delivery

Our products are digital files — including printable downloads and editable Canva templates — delivered electronically. Delivery is normally instant: after your payment is confirmed you receive access to download the files or open the template. No physical item is shipped.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, products are licensed for personal use. Where a product page states that commercial use is permitted, you may use it commercially in line with any conditions noted on that page.

Licence — what you may and may not do

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:

• download, print and use the files for your own use (and for commercial use where the product allows it); and
• make personal copies for your own use.

You may not:

• resell, share, sub-license, give away or otherwise redistribute the files themselves, whether free or paid;
• claim the designs as your own or pass them off as your original work;
• redistribute editable template links so others can copy the template; or
• use the products in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property

All products, designs, text, graphics and other content on the site are owned by Monvix LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a product gives you the licence described above; it does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.

Disclaimers

Our products and the site are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a product will meet your specific requirements. Please read each product description before buying.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monvix LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
