Who we are

Warmink Studio is an online store selling digital downloads and Canva templates at warminkstudio.com. The store is operated by Monvix LTD, a private limited company registered in England & Wales (incorporated 9 September 2025), whose registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), Monvix LTD is the “data controller” of the personal data described in this policy. If you have any questions or want to exercise your rights, get in touch through our contact page.

What we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. We collect:

• Contact & purchase information — your email address and any details you provide when you buy a product or contact support (for example, your name and the details of your order).
• Analytics data — information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring links. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

We do not collect or store your payment card details — see “Payments” below.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data on our behalf. These analytics cookies are not strictly necessary for the site to work.

You can control or opt out of analytics cookies at any time:

• Adjust or block cookies in your browser settings (you can delete existing cookies and prevent new ones).
• Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How we use your data and our lawful bases

We use your data only for clear purposes, each with a lawful basis under the UK GDPR:

• To provide your purchase and support — processing your order and responding to your messages. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To run and secure our store — preventing fraud and keeping the site working. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
• To measure and improve the site with analytics. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by disabling analytics cookies.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (“processors”) that help us run the store:

• Lemon Squeezy — our payment and order-fulfilment provider and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy securely processes your payment and handles checkout, billing and tax. Your card details are entered with Lemon Squeezy and are never stored by us.
• Google — provides the analytics described above.

These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are intended to apply.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to delete your data (the right to erasure);
• restrict or object to how we process your data;
• request a copy of your data in a portable format; and
• withdraw consent for analytics at any time.

How long we keep your data

We keep purchase and contact records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s standard retention periods.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
