Refund Policy

Digital downloads are non-refundable
Our products are digital files that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on digital downloads.
When you buy a product, you ask for it to be delivered immediately. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (the right to cancel) once the download begins.
If something is wrong with your file
We want you to be happy with what you buy. If you run into a genuine technical problem, please contact us and we’ll help put it right. This includes cases where:
- a file is corrupted or won’t open;
- you received the wrong file; or
- you were charged twice or made an accidental duplicate purchase.
Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We’ll work with you to fix the file, resend it, or arrange a refund where appropriate.
How refunds are processed
Where a refund is granted, it is processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Refund timing depends on your bank or card provider.
